Renovation of an existing funeral home.
The renovation included the introduction of photovoltaic
solar panels taking the building off the electrical grid.

Miami Pump House Competition, Miami, Florida,
2008:
This project was the result
of a local competition to redesign the existing exterior of
the Miami Pump House.
Located in Biscayne Park the building's project program
interlaced retail, night clubs, and a skate park.

The Law Offices of Scott Solkoff, Delray Beach, Florida, 2008 - 2009:
The project is a 4,500 square foot tenant improvement for a
law office that practices elder law and estate planning. The
design goal was to incorporate elements friendly to the
elderly. Our role for this project was space planning,
interior design, and architecture.

Florida, 2007 - 2009:
A
4,500 square foot renovation to residence located near the
ocean.

2100 North Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida, 2007 - 2008:
A three story office building designed as the headquarters
for a local law firm. The goal of the project was to lower
the building’s impact on the environment and lower the
building’s life span cost. The design employees double skin
technology and traditional passive design strategies.

Beachway Mixed Use Building, Delray Beach, Florida,
2005 - 2008:
A four story 15,000 sf mixed
use building composed of retail, professional office, and
residential units. The building is located in a historical
district of downtown Delray Beach, Florida, and therefore
our approach was to incorporate the surrounding context into
a modern building.

Oceansounds Townhouses, Pompano Beach, Florida,
2004 - 2006:
A 14 unit townhouse development
composed five three-story buildings. Each townhouse is approximately
2,500 square feet with roof top access. The primary design guideline
for this project was to shape the buildings so as to respond to the
environment.

Premier Eye Care of Florida, Delray Beach, Florida, 2003 -
2004:
Premier Eye Care of Florida is a company that
was founded in 1994 and serves as a link between the eye
care professionals and insurance providers. The design goal
for their office was to create a professional atmosphere for
their employees that were modern, unique, and representative
of their company.

Fitzy's 45
Lounge, Delray Beach, Florida, 2003: The goal
for this project was to create an image for this establishment and
would set them apart. Due to the limited budget, the focused was
placed on the primary element of the space: the bar. Working from a
musical theme we proposed that bar be circular so as to encourage
interactivity between the patrons.
